The challenge
Not-for-profits across the Northern Rivers often operate with stretched resources, high administrative, compliance and reporting demands, and limited access to digitial support. Small improvements in everyday systems can free up meaningful time and energy for frontline work.
Through our capability development program, we support selected not-for-profits with low or no-cost digital improvement projects, delivered by trained local volunteers under experienced guidances. Projects are practical, scoped and designed to fit within real operations.
Support may include application of technology, including AI and automation to:
- Streamlin administative or coordination processes
- Improve consistency of workflows
- Make better use of existing digital tools
- Reduce manual or repetitive tasks.
